Website and scan
A one-minute scan gives a fit score, the plan that fits and the business case on your own numbers.
Case study · October 2026
Lucas Bakx asked Claude to rebuild the agency, from the first click to the paid invoice. Clear enough for a 21-year-old intern to get, and complete enough that a client needs nobody to start, sign or raise their budget. William Sachiti and the Athena team watched over the shoulder.
The brief
One system takes a client from curious to signed, and then shows every week what it brings.
The night
Step 1
Read everything: the site, Lucas Bakx's playbooks, the sales structure and the numbers. The result was an upgrade plan with ten concrete answers.
Step 2
Then the questions nobody had asked: what the client really sees, who does the follow-up and what happens when nobody is watching.
Step 3
A new look: the Signal engraving, the speaking orb, the deal room and explainers that draw themselves. First as a sample, only then built.
Step 4
PHP with SQLite or MySQL and no build step, so it goes live over FTP. Every key encrypted on its own server. Athena wired to Claude, with tools to actually get things done.
Step 5
Every screen opened in a real browser, on desktop and phone, with screenshots. What broke was fixed and tested again.
What's inside
A one-minute scan gives a fit score, the plan that fits and the business case on your own numbers.
Proposals you read, run the numbers on and sign online. Every signature gets a SHA-256 seal.
Results, warm companies by name, approving content, raising budget and paying invoices.
Pipeline, clients, proposals, invoices, campaigns and every API key in one place.
Knows the method, works out budgets, writes proposals and speaks with a real voice.
Designs ads in the client's voice and responds to the week's news.
Proposal follow-ups, reminders, Monday briefs and monthly reports go out on their own.
Mollie, Stripe or bank transfer, with reverse-charge VAT for EU clients.
